Our duck fill will produce an excellent, well-priced bag, while the goose down will reduce your bag’s packed weight and size, and soothe you off to sleep with lullabies of luxury. As a nice round figure, the 800 loft goose down will perform about seven per cent better than the 750 loft duck. Therefore, the duck down bag will need more fill to maintain the same temperature rating as the goose, adding approximately three and a half per cent to the total weight of the bag. However, this duck-fill bag will cost up to 20 per cent less, making it a great value option.
